Значення технологічної виробничої практики в умовах виробництва у становленні та вдосконаленні професійної майстерності майбутніх педагогів ПТНЗ швейного профілю

У статті розглядається значення та проблема технологічної виробничої практики
майбутніх педагогів ПТНЗ швейного профілю в умовах сучасного виробництва. У зв’язку з
постійним оновленням технічного оснащення швейних підприємств, впровадженням нових
високоефективних технологій та нетрадиційних матеріалів, а також новими формами
господарювання виникла потреба у висококваліфікованих працівниках з високим рівнем
професійної мобільності та творчої ініціативи. Досягнення належної якості практичної
підготовки кваліфікованих робітників, їхньої готовності до виконання суміжних видів робіт,
підвищення мотивації до оволодіння сучасними виробничими технологіями, творчого
саморозвитку і професійної самореалізації відводиться майбутніми педагогами ПТНЗ.
Врахування динамічних техніко-технологічних змін, що відбуваються на підприємствах
швейної галузі, зумовлює необхідність значно вдосконалити технологічну практичну
підготовку майбутніх педагогів профтехосвіти швейного профілю.

The article considers the significance and the problem of technological vibrochnical practice of
future teachers of the sewing profile in the conditions of modern production. Due to the constant
renovation of the technical equipment of sewing enterprises, the introduction of new highly efficient
technologies and non-traditional materials, as well as new forms of management, a need has arisen for
highly skilled workers with a high level of professional mobility and creative initiative. Achievements of
the proper quality of practical training of skilled workers, their readiness to perform related jobs,
increasing motivation for mastering modern production technologies, creative self-development and
professional self-realization are allotted by future teachers of vocational schools. The consideration of
dynamic technical and technological changes occurring at the garment industry enterprises
predetermines the need to significantly improve the technological practical training of future teachers
of the vocational education of the sewing profile. The basis of the effectiveness of industrial
technological practice is the independent and individual work of future teachers in the production environment. An important factor is their involvement in the social environment of enterprises
(organizations), where the formation of the formation and improvement of professional skills is
necessary for the further professional activity, but more intense and purposeful. It is formed on the
basis of practical experience and has its meaningful expression and functional purpose.It would be
advisable to note that the technological manufacturing practice at the enterprise is intended to become
the main component of the organization of the educational process and to form the future teacher of the
vocational school of the sewing profile professional skills, the skills to make an independent decision
on a specific area of work in real production conditions by performing various duties, inherent in
future professional activities.
