Формування та розвиток творчості у майбутніх фахівців ПТНЗ художнього профілю

Abstract

Дана стаття охоплює питання проблематики виховання професіоналів у галузі мистецтва в Україні та використання світового досвіду в методиці художньої освіти в сучасних умовах. У статтірозглянуто основні концепції й проблеми творчості, проведено аналіз структури психологічного механізму творчості, підкреслено творчо-пошуковий характер низки авторських ідей щодо пояснення мотивів і стимулів творчості та специфіки творчого процесу у майбутніх фахівців ПТНЗ художнього профілю. Висвітлено проблеми творчого мислення і художньої уяви у процесі професійної підготовки молоді. Проаналізовано якість професійної підготовки учнів ПТНЗ художнього профілю із позицій їх майбутньої конкурентоспроможності на ринку праці.This article covers the problems of education professionals in the arts in Ukraine and use of international experience in the methods of arts education at modern conditions. In the article are reviwed the basic concepts of creativity problems, the analysis of the structure of the psychological mechanism of creativity, highlighted a creative­search character of a number of unique author ideas to explain the motives and stimulating creativity and features of creative process of future professionals from vocational institutions of arts profile. The problems of creative thinking and artistic imagination in the process of training young people are presented. Analyzed the quality of professional training of students of vocational institutions of art profile from the position of their future competitiveness in the labor market.
