Actual problems of modern professional education

Abstract

The current problems of modern vocational training of future primary school teachers for the new Ukrainian school are revealed. The article points out the positions proving that in the first classes of the schools a new generation of pupils (Generation Z) begin to study therefore, in order to ensure their qualitative, full-fledged development, conditions should be created that will enable the possibility to take into account individual peculiarities, the pace of development, the area of the immediate and actual development.Розкрито актуальні проблеми сучасної професійної підготовки майбутніх вчителів початкових класів для нової української школи. У статті підкреслено позиції, які доводять, що в перших класах школи починають навчання діти покоління Z, а тому, для забезпечення їх якісного, повноцінного розвитку мають бути створені умови, що нададуть можливість враховувати індивідуальні особливості, темп розвитку, зони найближчого та актуального розвитку.
