Компаративно-філософський аналіз підходів східної та західної медицини до проблеми здоров'я людини

В статті аналізується філософсько-світоглядні підходи до проблем здо-
ров’я людини в східній та західній медицині. Підкреслюється профілактично-
превентивний і холі стичний характер східної медицини на відміну від
фармакологічного лікування і вузької спеціалізації західної. В той же час, розглядаються перспективу й зближення східної і західної медицини.

In the article analyzes the philosophical and world outlook approaches to problem
of human’s health in the eastern and western medicine. The author tries to answer
the question: why in Ukraine there is dissapointing situation with health indicators
of population and life expectancy. The article points out that the concept of
"medicine" in the East and in the West put a different meaning: if the "Oriental medicine"
is defined as "the science of health", the "Western medicine" – as "the science of
diseases."This aspect emphasizes preventive – preventive nature of oriental medicine.
Treatment in Oriental medicine is holistic,since applied to the entire body, seeing it as
an open energoinformational system. Western medicine in most cases, considers
human organism as a collection of separate parts.
The author compares different approaches to the problem of human health in the
Eastern and Western cultures in aspect of their differences in globally -worldview
paradigm.At the same time, analyzes the prospects of convergence of eastern and
western medicine.
