Анотація
Мета статті. На основі репрезентативного кола архівних джерел та видань зіставлено та проаналізовано історичні версії походження Прокопа Трощинського, який є засновником яреськівської гілки роду Трощинських. Методологія дослідження – принципи науковості, історизму, об’єктивності представлені загальнонауковими методами аналізу, індукції, біографічним, психоаналітичним та просопографічним методом. Наукова новизна. На основі широкого кола джерел вивчено версії походження Прокопа Трощинського. Сформовано структуру генеалогічних версій, схарактеризовано їхні ключові елементи (хронологію, географічну локалізацію, персоналізацію) та визначено відмінності між ними. Кожен елемент аналізованих генеалогічних версій обгрунтований чи заперечений даними джерел. До аналізу проблеми вперше залучено невидані праці дослідниці роду Трощинських – Софії Лопацької, опрацьовано чернетки В. Модзалевського, що містять записи про рід Трощинських, на основі яких у 2005 р. було видано 5-й том «Малоросійського родословника». Окремо висвітлене питання рідства представників роду з гетьманом Іваном Мазепою. Вказано на наявність малодослідженого періоду, коли між 1727 та 1741 рр. представники роду Трощинських мешкали в Говтві Миргородського полку. Висновки. За версією
О. Лазаревського та «Малорійського родословника», Степан Трощинський та його нащадки, що мешкали в Гадяцькому полку, могли бути родичами гетьмана І. Мазепи. Але немає жодних доказів, що син Степана Андрій був батьком Прокопа Трощинського. Відсутнє жодне підтвердження зв’язку цієї гілки з містечком Яреськи Миргородського полку. Версія С. Лопацької та анонімного автора статті «Дмитрий Прокофьевич Трощинский. 1754-1828», розміщеної в журналі «Русская старина» 1882, Т. XXXIV, є більш підтвердженою архівними джерелами, ніж попередня. Виявлені свідоцтва про те, що Матвій та його син Іван є дідом і батьком Прокопа Трощинського. Проте немає підтвердження того, що батьком Матвія був Дем’ян, про якого згадує С. Лопацька. Не виявлено свідчень про рідство з гетьманом
І. Мазепою. Архівні документи заперечують і версію про те, що Іван Трощинський був полковим писарем. Також версія не містить згадок про період мешкання роду Трощинських у містечку Говтва в період з 1721 до 1741 р., хоча містить згадку про зв’язок Трощинських (хоча й генеалогічно не правильний) з уродженцем Говтви єпископом Амфілохієм Леонтовичем. Документально підтверджена й згадка про переселення Івана Трощинського до містечка Яреськи. Отримані результати засвідчують потребу продовжити дослідження генеалогії родини Трощинських, передусім із метою уточнення обставин походження цього роду.
The purpose of the article. Based on a representative circle of archival sources and publications, the historical versions of the origin of Prokop Troshchynsky, the founder of the Yareskiv branch of the Troshchynsky family, were compared and analyzed. Research methodology – principles of scientificity, historicism, and objectivity, represented by general scientific methods of analysis, induction, biographical, psychoanalytical and prosopographic methods. Scientific novelty. Based on a wide range of sources, versions of the origin of Prokop Troshchynskyi were studied. The structure of the genealogical versions was formed, and their key elements (chronology, geographical localization, personalization) were considered. The differences between them were determined. Each element of the analyzed genealogical versions is substantiated or denied by the data of the sources. For the first time, the unpublished works of the researcher of the Troshchynsky family, Sofia Lopatskaya, were involved in the analysis of the problem, and the drafts of V. Modzalevsky, containing records about the Troshchynsky family, based on which the 5th volume of the "Little Russian Genealogy" was published in 2005, were analyzed. The kinship of this family with Hetman Ivan Mazepa is covered separately. It is pointed out that there was a poorly researched period when, between 1727 and 1741, representatives of the Troshchynsky family lived in the Govtva of the Myrhorod Regiment. Conclusions. According to the version of O. Lazarevskyi and the "Malorii genealogy", Stepan Troshchynskyi and his descendants who lived in the Hadiatsky regiment could be relatives of Hetman I. Mazepa. But there is no evidence that Stepan's son Andriy was the father of Prokop Troshchynskyi. There is no confirmation of the connection of this branch with the town of Yaresky of the Myrhorod regiment. A version of S. Lopatska and the anonymous author of the article "Dmytry Prokofievich Troshchinsky. 1754-1828", published in the magazine "Russian Antiquity" 1882, Volume XXXIV, is more confirmed by archival sources than the previous one. Evidence has been found that Matvii and his son Ivan are the grandfather and father of Prokop Troshchynskyi. However, there is no confirmation that Matvyi's father was Demyan, whom S. Lopatska mentions. Evidence of kinship with Hetman I. Mazepa has not been found. Archive documents deny the version that Ivan Troshchynskyi was a regimental scribe. Also, the version does not mention the period of residence of the Troshchynsky family in the town of Govtva from 1721 to 174. It does mention the connection of the Troshchynskyi (but it is not genealogically correct) with Bishop Amfilokhiy Leontovych, a native of Govtva. The mention of the relocation of Ivan Troshchynskyi to the town of Yaresky is also documented. The obtained results confirm the need to continue researching the genealogy of the Troshchynskyi family, primarily to clarify the circumstances of the origin of this family.
