Анотація
У контексті модернізації освіти та зростання ролі психологічного супроводу в освітньому середовищі актуалізується питання якісної професійної підготовки фахівців у галузі психології. Сучасний психолог має бути не лише консультантом, а й посередником між здобувачем, педагогом та освітньою системою загалом. У цьому зв’язку дисципліна «Педагогічна психологія» посідає важливе місце в освітньо-професійній підготовці психолога, оскільки має на меті сформувати базові знання про закономірності навчання й виховання, особливості психічного розвитку в умовах освітнього середовища, а також практичні навички взаємодії з учасниками освітнього процесу.
У статті проаналізовано сучасні орієнтири викладання педагогічної психології, окреслено її змістовно-ціннісний потенціал для формування професійної ідентичності психолога. Визначено ключові функції цієї дисципліни в підготовці майбутніх фахівців.
Показано, що сучасні орієнтири підготовки фахівців психологічного профілю потребують інтеграції знань про закономірності навчання, виховання та розвитку особистості в освітньому середовищі.
Визначено базові та універсальні принципи роботи психолога в освіті: гуманність, екологічність; демократичність; конструктивність; відкритість; зрозумілість і прийнятність для працівників освіти методів, що застосовуються психологом; конфіденційність.
Описано практичний досвід використання інноваційних технологій у процесі вивчення навчальної дисципліни «Педагогічна психологія», що дозволяє не лише урізноманітнити освітній процес, а й значно підвищити рівень залученості студентів, сприяє розвитку критичного мислення та рефлексивних навичок, глибшому осмисленню психологічних процесів, що відбуваються в освітньому середовищі.
Результати аналізу дозволяють стверджувати, що педагогічна психологія не лише поглиблює фахову підготовку, а й сприяє розвитку ціннісних орієнтирів і практичної готовності психолога до діяльності в освітньому просторі, що відповідає вимогам сучасного суспільства.
In the context of the modernization of education and the growing role of psychological support in the educational environment, the issue of high-quality professional training of psychology specialists is becoming more relevant. A modern psychologist should be not only a consultant, but also an intermediary between the student, the teacher and the educational system as a whole. In this regard, the discipline «Pedagogical psychology» occupies an important place in the educational and professional training of a psychologist, as it aims to form basic knowledge about the laws of learning and education, the peculiarities of mental development in the educational environment, as well as practical skills of interaction with participants in the educational process.
The article analyzes the modern guidelines for teaching рedagogical psychology, outlines its content and value potential for the formation of a psychologist's professional identity. The key functions of this discipline in the training of future specialists are determined.
It is shown that modern guidelines for the training of psychological specialists require the integration of knowledge about the laws of learning, education and personality development in the educational environment.
The basic and universal principles of the psychologist's work in education are defined: humanity, environmental friendliness; democracy; constructiveness; openness; clarity and acceptability for educators of the methods used by the psychologist; confidentiality.
The practical experience of using innovative technologies in the process of studying the discipline «Pedagogical psychology» is described, which allows not only to diversify the educational process, but also to significantly increase the level of student engagement, promotes the development of critical thinking and reflective skills, a deeper understanding of the psychological processes taking place in the educational environment.
The results of the analysis suggest that рedagogical psychology not only deepens professional training, but also contributes to the development of values and practical readiness of a psychologist to work in the educational space that meets the requirements of modern society.
