Психологічні бар’єри у роботі логопеда з дітьми з розладами аутистичного спектра

У статті розглядаються психологічні бар’єри, з якими стикаються логопеди у роботі з дітьми з розладами аутистичного спектра (РАС). Проаналізовано основні труднощі, що виникають у професійній діяльності логопедів через особливості психоемоційного та комунікативного розвитку дітей із зазначеними розладами. Пропонуються методи подолання цих бар’єрів шляхом використання сучасних підходів у логопедії, зокрема ігрової терапії та розвиток мовленнєвої активності.
Окрема увага приділяється важливості психолого-педагогічної підтримки фахівців та необхідності розвитку індивідуальних підходів у корекційній роботі з дітьми з РАС.
Враховано, що формування професійної готовності логопедів до роботи з такими дітьми потребує підвищення кваліфікації, що включає теоретичну підготовку та практичний досвід роботи з дітьми із розладами аутистичного спектра.

The article examines the psychological barriers faced by speech therapists in their work with children who have autism spectrum disorders. The main challenges in the professional activities of speech therapists, arising from the peculiarities of the psycho-emotional and communicative development of children with these disorders, are analyzed. Methods for overcoming these barriers are proposed, including the use of modern approaches in speech therapy practice, such as play therapy, sensory integration, and the development of speech activity. Special attention is given to the importance of psychological and pedagogical support for specialists and the need to develop individualized approaches in corrective work with children. The role of interdisciplinary collaboration between speech therapists, psychologists, educators, and parents is emphasized to ensure comprehensive support for children with autism. It is noted that such collaboration contributes to creating a harmonious environment for the child's development and enhancing their adaptive potential. It is also recommended to implement regular training for parents, enabling them to better understand the developmental characteristics of their children and to participate more actively in the correction process. The need to develop new professional development programs for speech therapists is emphasized, incorporating modern technologies and innovative methods for working with children with autism spectrum disorders. Additionally, it is acknowledged that forming the professional readiness of speech therapists to work with such children requires advanced training, including both theoretical preparation and practical experience in working with children with autism spectrum disorders.
