Феномени здоров'я та здоров'язбереження дитини в контексті сучасних наукових поглядів

У статті розглядається й уточнюється сутність понять: "здоров'я", "здоров'язбереження", "здоровий спосіб життя", які мають взаємообумовлювальний характер. Автор на основі аналізу наукових поглядів щодо сутності категорії "здоров'я" виокремлює його чотири складових: фізичну, психічну, духовну і соціальну та тлумачить сутність кожної з них. Дослідниця формулює передумови формування здорового способу життя, а також суб'єктивні та об'єктивні фактори, що впливають на формування здорового способу життя особистості.

In the article the essence and clarifies the concepts of «health», «health
saving», «healthy lifestyle» that have mutually caused character. The author
based on the analysis of scientific views regarding the nature of the category of
«health» pointed out its four components: physical, mental, spiritual and social
and interprets the essence of each. The researcher formulates prerequisites
healthy lifestyle and subjective and objective factors affecting the healthy
lifestyle of the individual highlight the following: compliance in practice all the
above indicators of healthy life; distinguish between objective factors are: the
state of air, water, soil, food, housing, clothing, shoes, toys, hygiene items. Many
studies allow to conclude that the traditional system of preschool education is
focused only on the transfer of knowledge and ideas about health that does not
lead to education of the children of conduct that promotes the use of accumulated information, transforming it into all aspects of the life of the child.
