Педагогічні умови підготовки компетентних фахівців з туризму: історіографічний аналіз

У статті окреслено педагогічні умови підготовки фахівців з туризму в контексті
історіографічного аналізу. Охарактеризовано такі різновиди професійної компетентності
фахівців: персональна, спеціальна, соціальна, поліпрофесійна тощо.
Підкреслюється, що компетентність туристичних фахівців є поєднанням професійної
підготовки та діяльності, яка віддзеркалює рівень готовності майбутнього спеціаліста до
особистісного та кар’єрного зростання, успішної реалізації покладених на нього функцій.

In this article the essence bahatoaspektist training managers of tourism industry, which responds
to the social, political and cultural deviation.
Outlined socio-educational and socio-economic significance of tourism, which manifests itself in
the preparation of high-quality human resources, expansion of tourist organizations, increasing the
income, forming positive life attitudes.
Based on the definitive analysis presents the results of research training manager problems of
tourism in the pedagogical context. The essence of the definitions of “training manager of tourism” and
“competence”.
Author determined professional competence manager researched areas that directly proportional
effect on the performance of tourist enterprises. We consider the following types of professional
competence tourist profile manager, as special, social, personal, poliprofesiyna, extreme,
autokompetentnist.
It is emphasized that competence manager tourism industry is a symbiosis of training and activity,
which determines readiness for personal and professional career development and successful
implementation of management functions.
