Формування мотивації в студентів до здорового способу життя

The article provides an idea for the need to form students’ motivation to healthy lifestyle. The main idea is to develop a favorable health policy enabling human existence environment, to increase the community activity, and the development of personal human skills. In summary, effective health system formation should include simultaneous implementation of several directions:
1) Ensuring real health by enhance adaptive capacity of the body;
2) Creating an enabling environment by reducing the impact of negative factors impairments;
3) Ensuring the conscious control of their health through health promotion, hygiene education, development of health culture at different levels of society;
4) Developing the system of active monitoring of health research by somatic (physical) and mental health;
5) Strengthening health promotion and health culture in the media, on television.
The research shows that the understanding of a healthy lifestyle reduces mainly to well-known provisions, such as giving up drinking and smoking; body hardening, moving more, or not to be nervous. The importance of these recommendations is undeniable, but they do not always act as a guide to action, even for students.
Universities as centers of knowledge formation should contribute to the development among young people of the skills and needs to strengthen and maintain their health and their family members as a guarantee of their future social activity and successful professional education of future children.
