Intellectually-cognitive criterion of the professional growth of humanitarian specialties` teachers of the higher school

The level of the development of the intellectually-cognitive criterion of the professional growth of the high school teachers, which reflects the level of the development of the professional-pedagogical consciousness, self-awareness, critical, pedagogical thinking and reflects the ability to critically understand the essence of the pedagogical phenomena and events; the use of the high requirements for self-analysis, adequate self-esteem is analyzed in the article.

В статті аналізується рівень сформованості інтелектуально-когнитивного критерію професійного самовдосконалення викладачів гуманітарних спеціальностей вищої школи, що відбиває розвиненість професійно-педагогічної свідомості, самосвідомості, критичного педагогічного мислення та відображає здатність критично осягати сутність педагогічних явищ і подій; застосування високих вимог в самоаналізі, адекватній самооцінці.
