Педагогічні умови формування практичних навичок програмування у майбутніх фахівців галузі цифрових технологій

Abstract

У статті проаналізовано проблему підготовки майбутніх фахівців галузі цифрових технологій. Встановлено необхідність модернізації процесу їх професійної підготовки. Метою статті є розкрити особливості визначення і реалізації педагогічних умов процесу формування практичних навичок програмування у майбутніх фахівців галузі цифрових технологій. Встановлено, що трансформаційні процеси, зумовлені розвитком цифрового суспільства, сприяли інтенсивній інтеграції цифрових технологій у професійну діяльність фахівців різних галузей, особливо у галузі цифрових технологій. На основі аналізу літератури з проблеми дослідження встановлено, що умова – це сукупність факторів, які сприяють розв’язанню конкретних педагогічних завдань і забезпечують досягнення визначених освітніх цілей. Для виокремлення педагогічних умов формування практичних навичок програмування у майбутніх фахівців галузі цифрових технологій було враховано вимоги ринку праці до них. Визначено педагогічні умови для ефективного формування практичних навичок програмування у майбутніх фахівців галузі цифрових технологій із застосуванням інноваційних методів, прийомів та засобів, які сприятимуть розвитку мотивації майбутніх фахівців до пізнавальної діяльності, ефективному засвоєнню фахових дисциплін, а також формуванню практичних навиків програмування. Зазначено, що створення сприятливих педагогічних умов є необхідним для підготовки конкурентоспроможного, інформаційно грамотного фахівця, здатного ефективно функціонувати в умовах сучасного суспільства.The article analyses the problem of training future specialists in the field of digital technologies. It is studied that transformational processes caused by the development of the digital society have contributed to the intensive integration of digital technologies into the professional activities of specialists in various fields, especially in the field of digital technologies. The need to modernize the process of their professional training is established. The purpose of the article is to reveal the features of determining and implementing pedagogical conditions for the process of forming practical programming skills in future specialists in the field of digital technologies. Based on the analysis of the literature on the research problem, it was established that a condition is a set of factors that contribute to solving specific pedagogical tasks and ensuring the achievement of certain educational goals. To identify pedagogical conditions for the formation of practical programming skills in future specialists in the field of digital technologies, the labour market requirements for them were taken into account. Pedagogical conditions for the effective formation of practical programming skills in future specialists in the field of digital technologies using innovative methods, techniques and tools that will contribute to the effective mastering of professional disciplines, the processing of educational material, and also support the motivation of future specialists to cognitive activity are determined. It is noted that the creation of favourable pedagogical conditions is a necessary prerequisite for the preparation of a competitive, information-literate specialist capable of functioning effectively in modern society.
