Аналіз стану організаційної культури педагогічних колективів ПТНЗ аграрного профілю

Abstract

У статті проаналізовано результати дослідження стану організаційної культури (ОК) у професійно-технічних навчальних закладах (ПТНЗ) аграрного профілю України. Засобами експериментальної роботи визначено рівень сформованості стану організаційної культури в педагогічних колективах зазначених навчальних закладів та її (ОК) особливості. З’ясовано обізнаність педагогічних працівників щодо місії, стратегії, цілей навчального закладу. Визначено напрями, за якими необхідно розвивати організаційну культуру ПТНЗ й реалізувати інтелектуальний потенціал педагогічних працівників, покращити діловий імідж навчальнихзакладів.In the article the results of research of the state of organizational culture (ОС) are analyzed in Vocational School of agrarian profile of Ukraine. By means of experimental work determined the level of development of the state of organizational culture in the teaching staff of these schools and it (ОС) features. Clarified the awareness of teaching staff about the mission, strategy, goals of the institution. Research results showed directions after that it is necessary to develop the organizational culture of Vocational School and realize intellectual potential of pedagogical workers, to improve the image of Vocational Schools.
