Адаптаційні механізми саморегуляції вольової сфери майбутнього педагога-музиканта у процесі виконавської діяльності

У статті набули висвітлення питання розробки та впровадження у процес фахової
підготовки майбутніх учителів музики регулятивних чинників музично-виконавських дій для забезпечення адекватної художньо-інтерпретаційної діяльності. Автором запропоновано вирішення проблеми переборення виконавських утруднень через вольові само регулятивні акти, які можуть бути реалізовані за таких умов як усвідомленість і цілеспрямованість музично-виконавських дій, спрямованість на переборення перешкод на шляху до художньо-
педагогічної мети, відносна незалежність дій від поточних обставин, їх підпорядкованість усталеним професійним мотивам.

The article discusses the development and implementation process of professional training future music teachers of regulatory factors of performing actions. These factors are aimed at ensuring adequate artistic and interpretive activities. The problem of psychic self-regulation is one of the most global and fundamental problems of General psychology. We conclude: performingregulation system provides the management of educational process in the preparation future music teachers, determines the direction to the goal, carries out the selection of artistic and technical means and the consistency of their application. Volitional processes play a leading role in self-regulation of action. Also the will is the personal quality of the teacher. Voluntary regulation is self-regulation, it is determined by the subject. In it the student considers the circumstances and their capabilities, the consequences of different options and many other factors. We have clarified the basic functional units in the structure of self-regulation performing
actions. This statement of purpose, analysis of the current situation and forecasting, finding means of achieving goals, foresight possible consequences of decision and choices, performing the decision, a critical assessment of the results. The author proposes to overcome obstacles through volitional acts. They are implemented
under these conditions: awareness and purposefulness of musical action, ability to overcome obstacles to artistic goals, independence musical action, the subordination of action to sustainable professional motives.
