Формування фахової компетентності педагогів професійного навчання транспортної галузі на основі автосимуляторів: інноваційні підходи

Abstract

У статті проаналізовано інноваційні підходи до формування фахової компетентності майбутніх педагогів професійного навчання транспортної галузі з акцентом на використання автосимуляторів. В умовах цифровізації освітнього простору та оновлення технологічної бази транспортної галузі особливої актуальності набуває підготовка педагогів, здатних ефективно поєднувати технічні знання, цифрові навички та методичну майстерність. Авторами розглянуто сутність поняття фахової компетентності як поліструктурного утворення, що охоплює когнітивний, мотиваційний, аксіологічний та діяльнісний компоненти. Стаття містить класифікацію автоігрових симуляторів (розважальні, навчальні, професійні) з прикладами та характеристиками, а також аргументацію їхнього педагогічного потенціалу. Наведено приклад реалізації симуляційного підходу в курсі «Правила дорожнього руху», де здобувачі вищої освіти проходили тренування з маневрування, дотримання правил дорожнього руху, аналізували власні дії та моделювали авторські заняття для професійної (професійно-технічної) освіти. Автосимулятори виконують низку функцій: навчальну, тренувальну, мотиваційну, діагностичну, інноваційну, економічну, екологічну, соціальну та дослідницьку. Зазначено, що їх інтеграція у VR/AR-платформи, хмарні сервіси (Moodle, Google Classroom) та дуальну модель освіти дозволяє розширити можливості професійної підготовки та підвищити її ефективність. Стаття доводить, що автосимулятори є не лише інструментом формування технічних умінь, а й ефективним засобом розвитку професійної рефлексії, цифрової грамотності, педагогічної адаптивності та інноваційного мислення, необхідних сучасному викладачеві транспортної галузі. Висвітлено перспективи поширення цієї практики в українській системі професійної освіти та важливість інтеграції симуляторів у міждисциплінарну підготовку педагогічних кадрів.The article analyzes innovative approaches to the formation of professional competence of future vocational teachers of the transport industry with an emphasis on the use of car simulators. In the context of the digitalization of the educational space and the renewal of the technological base of the transport industry, the training of teachers who are able to effectively combine technical knowledge, digital skills and methodological skills is of particular relevance. The authors consider the essence of the concept of professional competence as a polystructural formation that includes cognitive, motivational, axiological and activity components. The article contains a classification of car game simulators (entertaining, educational, professional) with examples and characteristics, as well as arguments for their pedagogical potential. An example of the implementation of the simulation approach in the course “Traffic Rules” is presented, where higher education students were trained in maneuvering, observing traffic rules, analyzing their own actions and modeling the author's classes for vocational education. Car simulators perform a number of functions: educational, training, motivational, diagnostic, innovative, economic, environmental, social and research. It is noted that their integration into VR/AR platforms, cloud services (Moodle, Google Classroom) and the dual model of education allows expanding the possibilities of professional training and increasing its effectiveness. The article proves that car simulators are not only a tool for developing technical skills, but also an effective means of developing professional reflection, digital literacy, pedagogical adaptability, and innovative thinking necessary for a modern teacher of the transport industry. The article highlights the prospects for the dissemination of this practice in the Ukrainian system of vocational education and the importance of integrating simulations into the interdisciplinary training of teachers.
