Підготовка здобувачів вищої освіти факультетів мистецтв до проєктної діяльності в мистецько-освітній сфері

Дефініція "проєкт" розглядається із зазначенням основних позитивних моментів даної форми активності (діяльність, тимчасовість, командність, злагодженість, креативність, делегування повноважень, платформа для самореалізації). Розглянуто змістовне наповнення мистецько-освітніх проєктів та теоретично-методичні засади залучення до них студентів факультетів мистецтв. Описано види освітніх та мистецьких проектів із зазначенням завдань, способів інтеграції художньо-естетичної, культурно-освітньої бази з різними прагматичними, підприємницько-комерційними видами діяльності, такими як менеджмент, гібридний бізнес, які просякнуті процесами технократії та інформатизації. Наголошено, що спільна діяльність фахівців різного профілю надає унікальності конкретному тимчасовому заходу та колективу, створює виняткову енергетику та творчу атмосферу, орієнтує до партнерських стосунків, реалізує діалог між різними видами мистецтва, включає зразки високого мистецтва, популяризує досягнення різних жанрів і стилів культур на стику усталених і нових позицій, сприяє самореалізації його учасників, надає широкій громадськості можливість ознайомитися з найкращими роботами. Підкреслено, що залучення студентів до мистецько-освітніх проектів орієнтує їх до набуття нових навичок, глибокого розуміння культурних норм, передачі цінностей, встановлення етичних рамок, збереження творчої автономії. Продемонстровано синтетичну органічність фізичного та віртуального вимірів, синтезу освіти, мистецтва та інтерактивних платформ у сучасних публічних просторах творчої співпраці над проектами.

The article reveals the essence of educating majors at the arts faculties of higher establishments to engage in activities in the field of art educational projects. The views of modern scientists on the concept of "project" are highlighted, indicating the main positive aspects of this form of activity (uniqueness, temporary nature, team spirit, coordination, creative atmosphere, delegation of duties and powers, a platform for self-realization, etc.). The content of art and educational projects and the theoretical and methodical principles of involving art education students in such activities are considered. It is emphasized that the joint activities of specialists of various profiles ensure the uniqueness of a specific event and team, create an exceptional energetic and creative atmosphere, and introduce partnership relations for those who teach and those who study, implement a dialogue between different types of art. It includes examples of high art, popularizes the achievements of various genres and styles of cultures at the junction of established and new positions, promotes the self-realization of its participants, provides the public with the opportunity to familiarize themselves with the high artistic level of interesting works and thus successfully combines different segments of the consumer audience. It is observed that involving students in educational and artistic projects involves developing new skills, a deep understanding of cultural norms, and expectations regarding their presentation of creativity at an event. The transmission of values, the creation of ethical frameworks, the inclusion of personal responsibility, the safeguarding of one's own and common interests, and the consideration of the consequences of creativity are shown. Incorporating each of them into the role-based hierarchy based on their abilities allows for their individual fulfillment of their role within the team and personal growth, as well as their unique contribution to a project. To look for new avenues of artistic expression, to produce novel forms of broadcasting originality, which facilitate the integration of the current state of information in culture and education. Typical types of educational and arts projects are described. Indicating the tasks and methods of integrating the artistic, aesthetic, cultural, and educational base with various pragmatic, entrepreneurial, and commercial activities, such as management and hybrid business, which are permeated by the processes of technocracy and informatization. The synthesis of the physical and virtual dimensions, the synthesis of education, art, and interactive platforms in modern public spaces of creative collaboration on projects is demonstrated.
