Проблеми гуманізації технологічної освіти

Розкрито проблеми гуманізації технологічної освіти. Розкрито сучасні методологічні
підходи до професійної підготовки майбутніх учителів технологій. Наведені причини сучасного
кризового стану технологічної освіти. Показані шляхи подолання кризового стану
технологічної підготовки молоді. Доведено, що за рахунок впровадження в зміст підготовки
вчителів технологій знань з таких предметів як ергономіка, дизайн, культура (виробництва,
споживання, утилізації, експлуатації і т.п.) частково можна розв’язати проблему гуманізації
технологічної освіти. Показано, що ергономіка покликана заповнити відсутню ланку у
міждисциплінарних дослідження людини про працю. Серед перших завдань розв’язку даної
проблеми виділено проблему аналізу предмету, структури та основних завдань ергономіки
стосовно підготовки майбутніх вчителів технологій. Розкрито авторське розуміння проблеми
предмету, структури та основних завдань ергономіки в контексті технологічної підготовки
молоді.

The problems of technological education humanization are revealed. The modern
methodological approaches to the professional training of future technology teachers are disclosed.
There are given causes of the current crisis state of technological education. There are shown ways of
overcoming the crisis state of the youth’ technological training. It has been proved that due to
implementing of knowledge technologies from such subjects as ergonomics, design, culture
(production, consumption, exploitation, recycling, etc.) into the content of teacher training, it is
partially possible to solve the problem of the technological education humanization. It is shown that
ergonomics should overlap the missing link in the interdisciplinary human studies on labor. Among the
priority tasks for solving this problem is the issue of analyzing the subject, structure and basic tasks of
ergonomics in accordance with the training of future technology teachers. It is revealed the author’s
understanding of the problem of the subject, structure and basic tasks of ergonomics in the context of
technological training for youth.
