Abstract

У статті висвітлюються особливості становлення та розвитку мазгабів - теологічних і юридичних шкіл, що створювалися для тлумачення загальних принципів ісламу. Також розглядається історичне місце шаріату в процесі розвитку мазгабів.The article highlights the peculiarities of the formation and development of muzhabs - theological and legal schools that were created to interpret the general principles of Islam. The historical place of Sharia in the process of brain development is also considered.
