Готовність майбутніх учителів музичного мистецтва до вокально-хорової роботи: сутність та специфіка

Abstract

Проблема готовності майбутніх учителів музичного мистецтва до вокально-хорової роботи як одного з провідних напрямків фахового навчання студентів факультетів мистецтв розглядається на основі аналізу поняття «готовність» у психологічному, педагогічному, етнопедагогічному та музично-педагогічному аспектах. Виявляється зв’язок із проблематикою інших мотиваційних утворень: потреб, інтересів, психологічних установок. Формування установки на провадження вокально-хорової роботи ґрунтується на педагогічному стимулюванні стійких інтересів до комплексу ідей, принципів, засобів і методів функціонування шкільного хорового колективу, забезпечуючи постійне розширення обсягу художньо-естетичних потреб. Усвідомленість набутої студентами факультетів мистецтв вказаної установки на успішне провадження фахової діяльності засвідчує ступінь готовності майбутніх учителів музичного мистецтва до повноцінної самостійної вокально-хорової роботи.The article reveals the problem of readiness of would-be teachers of music art for vocal-choir work. One of the leading areas of professional training of students at faculties of arts is shown based on the analysis of the concept of "readiness" in psychological, pedagogical, ethnic-pedagogical, and musical-pedagogical aspects. The author considers the readiness of would-be teachers of music art for vocal-choir work in connection with other motivational formations such as needs, interests, and psychological attitudes. It argues that the pedagogical stimulation of stable interests in the complex of ideas, principles, means, and methods of functioning of the school choir is the foundation for developing a positive attitude towards vocal and choral work, which enables aesthetic growth. The awareness of the attitude acquired by students of faculties of arts for the successful implementation of the professional activity of a teacher of music testifies to the formation of readiness of teachers of music for the full implementation of vocal-choir work. The article defines the essence and specifics of the formation of readiness of prospective musical teachers for vocal and choir activity in the context of inseparability from the goal of professional doings, from the vector of personal orientation to the effective implementation of this activity within the art educational environment as a whole.
