Розвиток правової компетентності адміністраторів вищої школи у системі післядипломної освіти

У дисертації вперше розроблено та експериментально перевірено
ефективність моделі розвитку правової компетентності адміністраторів вищої
школи у системі післядипломної освіти, в якій функціонально взаємодіють
стратегічно-адміністративні контент розпорядчого управління, семантичнометодологічний та змістово-методичний контенти, організаційно-розпорядчий
адмінконтент, діяльнісно-творчий та релевантний контенти.
Виявлено педагогічні умови розвитку правової компетентності у
адміністраторів вищої школи в системі післядипломної освіти, до яких
належать: професійний розвиток адміністраторів вищої школи і розуміння
можливостей їх професійної самореалізації в управлінській діяльності;
поєднання традиційних методів навчання з інноваційними, спрямованими на
моделювання ситуацій професійного розвитку; поглиблення практичної
складової, активізації науково-дослідницької роботи та підвищення значущості
самоосвіти.
Удосконалено зміст, форми та методи розвитку правової компетентності
адміністраторів вищої школи в системі післядипломної освіті.

The dissertation first revealed, theoretically substantiated and experimentally
verified the effectiveness of the model and pedagogical conditions for the
development of legal competence of HS administrators in postgraduate education
(professional development of administrators and understanding of possibilities of
professional self-realization in management activity; the combination of traditional
teaching methods with innovative ones aimed at modeling professional development
situations; deepening of practical component, intensification of research work and
increase of importance of self-education). A model of professional development of legal competence of higher education
administrators in postgraduate education has been developed, in which the strategicadministrative content of administrative management, semantic-methodological,
substantive-methodological content, organizational-administrative content, activitycreative and relevant content are functionally interacting.
Basic concepts that are included in the scientific thesaurus of the development of
legal competence of HS administrators were specified; the content of the concepts
«development of legal competence of higher education administrators in postgraduate
education», «professionalization of higher education administrators»,
«professionalism of the high school administrator», «administrative position», «the
administrative elite», «professionalism of management activity», «management
system», «organizational management structure», «organizational management
architectonics», «administrative management of higher education», «administrative
impact» and «administrative coercion»; criteria (reproductive, heuristic and creative),
indicators and levels (average, medium and high) of the development and wellformed legal competence of high school administrators in postgraduate education.
The content, forms and methods of development of the legal competence of HS
administrators in postgraduate education have been improved.
