Онтогенетичний аспект формування постави у дітей із затримкою психомоторного розвиткy

В статті з позиції онтогенезу розглянуто механізм формування постави у дітей із затримкою
психофізичного розвитку, в якому врахована двополюсність розвитку дитини і формування її постави.
Виходячи з принципу триєдності буття, запропоновано третю складову системи формування постави у
дитини – саму дитину як психосоматичну сутність: з особливостями її фізичних, анатомічних показників та
психічного статусу.
Перспективи подальшого дослідження онтогенетичного аспекту формування постави у дітей раннього
віку із затримкою психомоторного розвитку вбачаємо в більш глибокому розгляді саме психосоматичного
комплексу як єдиного цілого в особистості дитини.

В статье с позиции онтогенеза рассмотрен механизм формирования осанки у детей с задержкой
психофизического развития, в котором учтена двухполюсность развития ребенка и формирования его осанки.
Исходя из принципа триединства бытия, предложено третью составляющую системы формирования
осанки у ребенка – самого ребенка как психосоматической сущности: с особенностями ее физических,
анатомических показателей и психического статуса.
Перспективы дальнейшего исследования онтогенетического аспекта формирования осанки у детей
раннего возраста с задержкой психомоторного развития видим в более глубоком рассмотрении именно
психосоматического комплекса как единого целого в личности ребенка.

The article considers the mechanism of posture formation in children with delayed psychophysical development
from the perspective of ontogenesis. Unfortunately, this aspect in relation to young children with MTCT in the literature is
not presented systematically and comprehensively enough. A dual algorithm for studying this problem is proposed,
which takes into account the bipolar development of the child and the formation of his posture. Considered and analyzed
hereditary (genetic) factors that can influence the formation of posture in a child: the presence and development of
reflexes; neurogenic conditioning; anatomical aspect; biomechanical justification. Particularly relevant is the neurogenic
conditioning of the features of the formation of posture in this contingent of children, which arises as a result of
intrauterine depression or birth trauma of the central nervous system.
The influence of environmental factors (World and Society) on the formation of children's posture is
analyzed: the surrounding subject-spatial environment (conditions of stay in an apartment, house, kindergarten, yard,
section, summer cottage, etc.), as well as a social mini-group in which the child is most of the day (family, relatives,
preschool group, neighbour's children, team in a section or circle, etc.).
Proceeding from the principle of the trinity of being, the third component of the system of posture formation in
the child - the child himself as a psychosomatic entity: with the peculiarities of its physical, anatomical indicators and
mental status - is proposed.
The conceptual foundations of developmental psychology of H. Werner (his orthogenetic principle of
development) are analyzed, which can be used when considering the ontogenetic aspect of the formation of posture in children with psychomotor developmental disorders: syncretism - discreteness, diffuseness - dismemberment,
uncertainty - certainty, rigidity - mobility, lability - stability as well as differentiation and hierarchical integration.
Prospects for further research into the ontogenetic aspect of posture formation in young children with delayed
psychomotor development are seen in a deeper consideration of the psychosomatic complex as a whole in the
child's personality.
