Роль педагогічної практики у формуванні професійної компетентності майбутніх фахових молодших бакалаврів з початкової освіти

У статті розкрито шляхи удосконалення практичної підготовки майбутніх фахових молодших бакалаврів з початкової освіти. Закцентовано, що для забезпечення якісної підготовки майбутніх фахових молодших бакалаврів з початкової освіти важливо перебудувати змістове наповнення педагогічної практики. Доведено, що настановча конференція, проведена у формі конкурсу майстерності майбутнього педагога, стимулює студентів до підвищення свого рівня професійної компетентності. Доцільними також є інші форми знайомства з досвідом педагога – майстра, як-от: ознайомлення з методичним кабінетом, його обладнанням, фондом, відвідування уроків та позаурочних заходів із їх наступним колективним аналізом, індивідуальні бесіди з проблем, що виникають в процесі практичної діяльності майбутніх учителів початкових класів.
Уточнено, що такі форми роботи сприяють активізації творчій діяльності студентів, формуванню їх педагогічної позиції та стилю діяльності, виробленню професійних умінь. Одержані матеріали можуть бути використані на підсумкових конференціях з педагогічної практики, в процесі проведення навчальних занять із «Загальної педагогіки», «Педагогіки», для виконання курсових робіт.
Узагальнено, що необхідно вводити нові форми роботи, які б сприяли «насиченню» педагогічної практики майбутніх фахових молодших бакалаврів початкової освіти елементами творчості: конференції з педагогічної практики в творчій формі, зокрема, конкурс майстерності майбутніх педагогів, «круглий стіл»; робота творчої майстерні педагога безпосередньо в закладах освіти; диференційовані консультації з різних аспектів формування професійної компетентності педагога для студентів із різним рівнем підготовки, педагогічними здібностями, особистісними якостями; творчі завдання студентам з проблеми, що розглядається.

The article reveals ways to improve the practical training of future professional junior bachelors in primary education. General requirements for important qualities of a primary education teacher reflect a holistic idea of what a modern primary
school teacher should be like. These requirements are formed in accordance with state standards, the needs of children, soci-ety and the educational environment. Among them, an important place is occupied by professional competence as knowledge of teaching methods for various subjects, the ability to develop lesson plans, adapt material to the level of students, assessment skills, and organization of the educational process. These requirements form the image of an «ideal» teacher to whom future teachers should strive. They are also a guideline for the development of educational programs and a system of pedagogical practice. It is proven that an orientation conference, held in the form of a competition for the skill of a future teacher, stimulates students to increase their level of professional competence, develops a desire for self-improvement and self-realization.
The effective form was the creative workshop of a teacher of high professional competence, in which classes were conducted by experienced primary education teachers.
Students asked questions, talked about difficult pedagogical situations that they had to face, and together looked for positive ways to solve them; shared their first pedagogical findings. It is important to note that the leading specialists of our workshop were very different in their style of activity, in character and temperament, which, in our opinion, helped future professional junior bachelors in primary education in finding and developing their own, individual style of activity. Creativity, high profes-sionalism, intelligence, dedication to the work of teachers became a model of high professional competence for future primary school teachers.
In addition to the «auditorium» classes of the creative workshop, other forms of acquaintance with the experience of a teacher – a master were also appropriate: familiarization with the methodological office, its equipment, fund; attending lessons and extracurricular educational activities with their subsequent collective analysis; individual conversations on problems arising in the process of practical activity of future primary school teachers.
Observations have shown that this form of work contributes to the activation of students’ creative activity, the formation of their pedagogical position and style of activity, the development of professional skills, and strengthens confidence in the cor-rectness of the choice of profession. The materials obtained were used at the final conferences on pedagogical practice, in the process of conducting training sessions on «General Pedagogy», «Pedagogy», and became the basis for completing course-work.
Therefore, it is necessary to introduce new forms of work that would contribute to the «saturation» of pedagogical practice with elements of creativity: conferences on pedagogical practice in a creative form, in particular, a competition of skills of future teachers, a «round table»; the work of a creative workshop of a teacher directly in educational and upbringing institutions; differentiated consultations on various aspects of the formation of a teacher’s professional competence for students with dif-ferent levels of training, their pedagogical abilities, and personal qualities; creative tasks for students on the problem under consideration.
Thus, the professional competence of future junior bachelors in primary education is formed as a result of comprehensive training focused on professional skills, a high level of general personality culture. These conditions create an optimal environment for the development of professional knowledge, skills, pedagogical ethics and self-awareness of students.
