Соціальні інновації та соціальна згуртованість як чинники успішної співпраці університетів та громад

У статті показана роль соціальних інновацій та соціальної згуртованості для сталого розвитку суспільства у співпраці університетів та громад. Проаналізовано методологічні та практичні напрацювання міжнародних ініціатив, а також попередніх досліджень соціальної згуртованості, соціальної інклюзії та співпраці університетів та громад. Розкрито сутність соціальних інновацій та соціальної згуртованості, їх тлумачення та впровадження в спільнотах та освітніх системах України та ЄС. Проаналізовано роль та результати міжнародних освітніх проєктів, зокрема проєктів Програми Еразмус+, що впроваджуються в УДУ імені Михайла Драгоманова, а також досвід інших проєктів міжнародної технічної допомоги, що спрямовані на посилення взаємодії університетів і суспільства, розвиток соціальних інновацій та соціальної згуртованості.

This article highlights the role of social innovations and social cohesion in the sustainable development of society through university-community collaboration. It analyzes international initiatives, previous research on social cohesion, inclusion, and university-community partnerships. The article explores the meaning and implementation of social innovations and cohesion in Ukraine and the EU, focusing on Erasmus+ projects at Mikhail Drahomanov University and other international assistance projects aimed at strengthening interaction between universities and communities. Research determines that social innovations and social cohesion are not only tools for solving current social issues, but also the foundation for building sustainable and cohesive communities in the future. Successful cooperation between universities and local communities contributes to the solution of many social issues and helps to overcome the challenges associated with war and post-war reconstruction. The formation of partnerships with European universities can be considered one of the important factors for the success and sustainability of changes.
