Поетапне формування готовності майбутніх учителів музики до професійної взаємодії з хором

У статті розглядаються етапи формування готовності майбутніх учителів музики до роботи з навчальним хоровим колективом, а саме: інформаційно-аналітичний, фахово-продуктивний, ціннісно-саморегулятивний та усвідомлено-креативний. Відповідно до визначених структурних компонентів педагогічної діяльності (мотиваційно – орієнтований, компетентнісно – операційний, комунікативно – рефлексивний, творчо – проективний компоненти) окреслено мету, зміст етапів формування готовності майбутніх учителів музики до педагогічної взаємодії з навчальним хоровим колективом та критерії сформованості зазначених компонентів.

In the article we contemplate the stages of forming the readiness of future music teachers to work with the educational choral collective, that are: analytical stage, professional and productive stage, professionaly done and self-regulatory stage, and creative stage. The goal, content and ways of implementing each stage are determined in accordance with certain structural components. At the analytical stage takes place the formation of a motivational-oriented component of readiness of future music teachers to pedagogical interaction with the educational choir collective. At the professional and productive stage, the formation of a competency-operational component is carried out, the formation of a communicative-reflexive component occurs at the value-self-regulatory stage, the creative stage is devoted to the formation of the creative and projective component of the readiness of future music teachers for pedagogical interaction with the educational choir collective. The goal, content and ways of implementing each stage are determined.
