Соціально-педагогічні умови організації студентського самоврядування у вищих навчальних закладах

Abstract

Робота є теоретико-експериментальним дослідженням проблеми організації студентського самоврядування у вищих навчальних закладах. На основі ретроспективного аналізу психолого-педагогічної літератури конкретизовано сутність основних дефініцій дослідження “управління”, “студентське самоврядування”, "саморегуляція". Запропоновано структурно-функціональну модель студентського самоврядування як чинника оптимізації соціальної активності та професійної підготовки. З’ясовано критерії рівнів сформованості студентського самоврядування у вищих навчальних закладах. Визначено, обґрунтовано й експериментально апробовано комплекс соціально-педагогічних умов, які забезпечують особистості можливість вибору видів самостійної діяльності, адекватних потребам професійного та особистісного самовдосконалення, охоплюють всі сфери життєдіяльності колективу студентів і ґрунтуються на оптимальному використанні можливостей різноманітних засобів управління та самоврядування для формування соціальної особистості майбутніх спеціалістів. В дисертації описано методику практичного запровадження в навчально-виховний процес чіткої організації структури студентського самоврядування з визначенням провідних органів координації інтеграції і управління на кожному із рівнів.The thesis deals with the theoretical-experimental investigation of the students' self-government organization problem in higher learning institutions. The principle definitions of the research, such as "management", "self-government", "pedagogical management", "students' self-government", "self-regulation" are revealed thoroughly on the basis of retrospective analysis of the psychological-pedagogical literature. There has been proposed the students' self-government structural-functional model, as a factor of social activity optimization, and future professional's vocational training. There have been figured out the criteria of formation levels of students' self-government development in higher learning institutions. There has been defined, substantiated and experimentally tested a complex of social-pedagogical conditions, which provide the personality with the opportunity of choosing self-activity forms being adequate to professional and personal self-improvement needs, cover all the spheres of the students' group vital activity, and are based on the optimal use of opportunities for various management and self-government aids in order to form the future professionals' socialized personality. Methods of practical implementation of clear students’ self-government organizational structure (group – course – faculty – university) with definition of the leading coordination, integration and management bodies at each level into educational process have been described in the thesis.
