Технологія «Exit Tickets» як метод корекції освітнього процесу в реальному часі

У статті досліджено теоретичні та прикладні аспекти впровадження технології «Exit Tickets» (вихідних квитків) як інструменту оперативного моніторингу та корекції освітнього процесу в реальному часі. Науково обґрунтовано зв’язок даної технології з теорією повного засвоєння знань Б. Блума та концепцією метакогнітивного розвитку особистості. Автор акцентує увагу на психологічній перевазі методу, яка полягає у зниженні рівня «тестової тривожності» за рахунок відсутності фіксації помилок у класному журналі, що сприяє створенню безпечного освітнього середовища. У роботі представлена розгорнута класифікація вихідних квитків за дидактичною метою: діагностичні, аналітичні та емоційно-рефлексивні. Особливу увагу приділено форматам реалізації технології – від традиційних паперових карток до сучасних цифрових інструментів (Google Forms, Mentimeter, Padlet), а також особливостям їх використання в екстремальних умовах (укриттях). Запропоновано алгоритм аналізу результатів для вчителя через систему колірного зонування («зелена», «жовта», «червона» зони), що дозволяє приймати обґрунтовані рішення щодо диференціації навчання або повторення матеріалу всім класом. Доведено, що системне застосування «Exit Tickets» відповідає вимогам Нової української школи (НУШ) щодо формування культури самоаналізу та відповідальності учня за власні результати. У висновках підкреслено перспективність технології як засобу самоконтролю під час підготовки до Національного мультипредметного тесту (НМТ). Практична значущість статті полягає у розробці конкретних рекомендацій та технічного чек-листа для вчителів закладів загальної середньої освіти з метою підвищення якості освітнього процесу.

The article explores the theoretical and applied aspects of implementing the “Exit Tickets” technology as a tool for real-time monitoring and correction of the educational process. The connection between this technology and B. Bloom’s Mastery Learning theory, as well as the concept of metacognitive personality development, is scientifically grounded. The author emphasizes the psychological advantage of the method, which lies in reducing “test anxiety” due to the absence of formal grade recording in the class register, thereby fostering a safe learning environment.
The paper presents a detailed classification of exit tickets based on their didactic purpose: diagnostic, analytical, and emotional-reflective. Special attention is paid to the formats of technology implementation – ranging from traditional paper cards to modern digital tools (Google Forms, Mentimeter, Padlet), as well as the specifics of their use in extreme conditions (shelters). An algorithm for analyzing results is proposed for teachers using a color-coding system (“green”, “yellow”, and “red” zones), which enables informed decision-making regarding differentiated instruction or class-wide review. It is proven that the systematic application of “Exit Tickets” aligns with the requirements of the New Ukrainian School (NUS) concerning the formation of a culture of self-analysis and student responsibility for their own learning outcomes. The conclusions highlight the prospects of using this technology as a self-control tool during preparation for the National Multi-Subject Test (NMT). The practical significance of the article lies in the development of specific recommendations and a technical checklist for secondary school teachers aimed at improving the quality of the educational process.
