Внутрішньо переміщені особи як об'єкт соціальної роботи

У статті досліджено проблематику внутрішньо переміщених осіб, виявлено неоднорідність та специфічні характеристики цієї категорії як об’єкта соціальної роботи. Проаналізовано сфери існування внутрішньо переміщених осіб, через які
відбувається адаптація до нових умов життя. Виділено головні проблемами внутрішньо переміщених осіб в Україні та необхідність їх успішного вирішення. У процесі дослідження висвітлено стан наукових розробок щодо основ соціальної роботи з цією категорією, шляхом визначення основних напрямів та форми роботи соціального працівника в процесі професійної діяльності. На основі аналізу окремих нормативно-правових актів розглянуто особливості соціально-правового статусу, механізму надання адресної допомоги та соціальній адаптації таких осіб за новим місцем проживання.

Internally displaced person as an object of social work. The article studies the problems of internally displaced persons and reveals the heterogeneity and specific characteristics of this category as an object of social work. Analyzed the scope of the existence of internally displaced persons, through which an adaptation to new conditions of life. Highlighted the major problems of internally displaced persons in Ukraine and the need for their successful solution. Also, in the process of the study, deals with the state of scientific research on the fundamentals of social work with this category, by defining the main directions and forms of work of a social worker in course of professional activities. Based on the analysis of individual normative legal acts the peculiarities of the socio-legal status of the mechanism of providing a monthly targeted assistance and ways of integration and social adaptation of these persons at their new place of residence.
