Особистісна готовність майбутніх психологів до професійної діяльності в умовах інклюзивної освіти

У дисертації представлено теоретичний аналіз наукових підходів до дослідження проблеми готовності майбутніх психологів до професійної діяльності. Визначено зміст, структуру (когнітивний, мотиваційно-почуттєвий, поведінковий компоненти), критерії, показники та рівні (високий, середній, низький) сформованості особистісної готовності майбутніх психологів до професійної діяльності в умовах інклюзивної освіти.
Експериментально виявлено особливості сформованості професійно важливих якостей особистості (емпатії, толерантності, емоційної стійкості, психологічної проникливості, комунікативної компетентності), що входять до складу компонентів особистісної готовності майбутніх психологів до професійної діяльності в умовах інклюзивної освіти та переважання низького і середнього рівнів на всіх етапах.
На основі створеної моделі формування особистісної готовності майбутніх психологів до професійної діяльності в умовах інклюзивної освіти теоретично обґрунтована і апробована розвивальна програма з формування особистісної готовності майбутніх психологів до професійної діяльності в умовах інклюзивної освіти. Доведено необхідність її впровадження в процес підготовки майбутніх психологів.

Theoretical analysis of scientific approaches to the research of the problem of the preparedness of the future psychologists for the professional activity is introduced in the dissertation. The content, structure (cognitive motivation and sensual, behavioral components); criteria, and performance level (high, middle, low) formation of the personal preparedness of the future psychologists for the professional activity in terms of inclusive education are defined.
Peculiarities of the formation of professionally important qualities of the personality (sympathy, tolerance, emotional stability, psychological insight, communicative competence), that are included into the composition of the components of the peculiar preparedness of the future psychologists for the professional activity in terms of inclusive education and the prevalence of low and medium levels at all stages are exposed experimentally.
On the basis of the established model of the personal preparedness of the future psychologists for the professional activity in terms of inclusive education the development program on formation of the personal preparedness of the future psychologists for the professional activity in terms of inclusive education had been theoretically substantiated and tested. The necessity of its introduction into the process of training of the future psychologists is proved.
