Формування готовності майбутніх учителів фізичної культури до професійної самореалізації в оздоровчій діяльності

Abstract

У дисертації вперше виявлено, теоретично обґрунтовано та експериментально перевірено ефективність педагогічних умов формування готовності майбутніх учителів фізичної культури до професійної самореалізації в оздоровчій діяльності, до яких віднесено: розвиток і розуміння суб’єктами освітнього процесу можливостей професійної самореалізації в оздоровчій діяльності; поєднання традиційних методів навчання з інноваційними, спрямованими на моделювання професійних ситуацій, пов’язаних з оздоровчою діяльністю вчителя фізичної культури; поглиблення практичної складової підготовки студентів, активізація їх науково-дослідної роботи та підвищення значущості самоосвіти. Розроблено модель формування готовності майбутніх учителів фізичної культури до професійної самореалізації в оздоровчій діяльності. Уточнено тлумачення базових понять, які входять до наукового тезаурусу формування готовності майбутніх учителів фізичної культури до професійної самореалізації в оздоровчій діяльності; зміст понять «формування готовності майбутніх учителів фізичної культури до професійної самореалізації в оздоровчій діяльності» та «готовність майбутніх учителів фізичної культури до професійної самореалізації в оздоровчій діяльності»; структурні компоненти готовності майбутніх учителів фізичної культури до професійної самореалізації в оздоровчій діяльності; критерії, показники та рівні сформованості готовності майбутніх учителів фізичної культури до професійної самореалізації в оздоровчій діяльності.In the dissertation, the effectiveness of pedagogical conditions for the formation of readiness of the future teachers of physical culture for the professional self-realization in health-improving activities was first identified, theoretically substantiated, and experimentally verified, including: development and understanding of the subjects of the educational process of the possibilities of professional self-realization in the health activity; a combination of traditional teaching methods with innovative, aimed at modeling professional situations related to the health-improving activities of the teacher of physical culture; deepening of the practical component of students' preparation; activization of research work and increasing the importance of self-education. The formation of the readiness of the future teachers of physical culture for the professional self-realization in health-improving activities is seen as a process of acquiring students with a qualification from Specialty 014 Secondary Education (Physical Education) that will ensure that they effectively implement their own abilities, reveal their creative potential, master certain social experiences, improve their professional skills and improve their professions aimed at the involvement of pupils in physical exercises at the lessons of physical culture, at carrying out of sports-improving actions in a mode of the educational day, out-of-class and out-of-school physical culture and health-improvement work. The readiness of future teachers of physical culture for professional self-realization in health-improving activities is viewed as an integrative dynamic personality education that determines the attitude toward solving pedagogical tasks related to strengthening and preserving the health of the schoolchildren, increasing their motor activity and level of physical development. The developed model of the formation readiness of the future teachers of physical culture to professional self-realization in health improving activity are consists of such units: as target, theoretical and methodological, cognitive-informative and analytical results block. The target block of the model is to form the goals and objectives of the formation readiness of the future teachers of physical culture to professional self- realization in health improving activity. The theoretical and methodological unit of the model consists of methodological approaches (competence, cultural, system, personality- oriented and acmeological), principles (professional orientation of the content of higher education, feasibility, scientific, informative and humanizing) and functions (motivational, formative, diagnostic, evaluation) of the formation readiness of the future teachers of physical culture to professional self-realization in health improving activity. The cognitive-practical block of the model is provided by theoretical, activity-operational and scientific components. The analytical results block of the model includes the forms, methods, means, and stages of the formation of readiness of the future teachers of physical culture to professional self-realization in health improving activity. Analytical results block of the model characterizes the monitoring of the level of formation of readiness of the future teachers of physical culture to professional self-realization in health improving activity and includes: criteria (motivational, cognitive, activity and personal), indicators and levels (low, medium, high) of the formation of the readiness of the future teachers of physical culture to professional self-realization in health improving activity and assessment tools (questionnaires, tests, diagnostic methods). The result is the formation of readiness of the future teachers of physical culture to professional self-realization in health improving activity.
