Емоційна компетентність як складова компетентнісної моделі сучасного педагога

Abstract

У статті коротко викладено результати теоретичного аналізу досліджуваної проблеми; висвітлено визначення ключових понять «емоційна компетентність педагога», «усвідомлене емоційне реагування», «позитивна взаємодія»; запропоновано основні цінності і переконання для формування емоційної компетентності педагога.The article considers the results of theoretical analysis of the emotional competence of the teacher, the definition of key concepts «emotional competence of teacher», «conscious emotional response», «positive interaction»; the principles and beliefs that are the basis for positive interaction and the formation of emotional competence of the teacher.
