Ціннісні імперативи міжнародної інформаційної політики

Abstract

Проаналізовано сучасні тенденції розвитку інформаційної політики у галузі міжнародних відносин. Сформульовано взаємозв’язок технологічних та гуманістичних складових міжнародної інформаційної політики у контексті демократизації культури міжнародних відносин. Вивчено роль основних суб’єктів міжнародної інформаційної політики та суперечності її реалізації, що полягають у незбалансованості розвитку інформатизації між різними країнами світу; внутрішніх ціннісних конфліктах правових норм та політико-культурних принципів; розповсюдженні інформаційного насильства.The author analyses modern tendencies of development of information policy in the field of international relations. It is formulated the interrelation of technological and humanistic components of the international information policy in the context of democratization of culture in international relations. The role of the main actors in the international information policy and contradictions of its implementation, namely the imbalance of Informatization development among different countries of the world, internal value conflicts of legal rules and political and cultural principles, the spread of violence.
