Значущість роботи викладача в підготовці успішної людини в контексті модернізації вищої освіти

Abstract

У статті розглядається питання значущості роботи викладача закладу вищої освіти в процесі підготовки успіш- ної людини. Розуміючи потребу вищої освіти в оновленні підходів до освітнього процесу, українськими освітянами було запропоновано Стратегію розвитку вищої освіти в Україні на 2020 –2031 роки, де було окреслено переваги і пробле- ми вищої освіти, основні тренди освіти майбутнього. Як наслідок впливу цих трендів заклади вищої освіти будуть змушені впроваджувати певні інновації, які зроблять інституції більш конкурентоспроможними на ринку світової вищої освіти. Серед стратегічних цілей оптимізації вищої освіти було зазначено розвиток кадрового потенціалу ЗВО, що також передбачає забезпечення можливостей та стимулювання особистого професійного розвитку викладачів, підвищення мотивації до роботи щодо підготовки успішної людини. Підкреслюючи значущість цієї роботи, в стат- ті було проаналізовано досвід підготовки успішної людини в американських коледжах та університетах. Визначено та окреслено шляхи оптимізації цього процесу з використанням професорсько-викладацького та адміністративного потенціалу закладів вищої освіти. У статті проаналізовано фактори, що впливають на якість викладання, показано важливість роботи викладачів в процесі організації позитивного освітнього простору, системи підтримки здобу- вачів вищої освіти. Надано приклади стратегій підготовки успішної людини в системі американської вищої освіти та особлива увага надана значущості роботи викладача. Констатовано, що професіоналізм, прагнення педагога до професійної самореалізації, розвитку професійно значущих якостей, потреба у самоосвіті і самовдосконалення є необ- хідними умовами для підготовки успішної людини.The importance of the work of a teacher of higher education in the process of training a successful person is considered in this article. In order to realize the higher education`s updating approaches, Ukrainian educators proposed a Strategy for the Development of Higher Education in Ukraine for 2020-2031, in which it was outlined the benefits and problems of Ukrainian higher education, the main trends in future higher education were indicated. As a result of the impact of these trends, higher education institutions will be forced to implement certain innovations that will make institutions more competitive in the global higher education market. Among the strategic goals of optimizing higher education is the development of human resources, which also provides opportunities and stimulates personal professional development of academic staff, increasing motivation to work in the process of a successful person`s training. Understanding the importance of this work, in the article it is analyzed the experience of training a successful person in American colleges and universities. The ways of optimizing this process with the use of teaching and administrative potential of higher education institutions are identified and outlined. The article analyzes the factors influencing the quality of teaching, shows the importance of teachers in the process of organizing a positive educational environment, a support system for higher education students. The examples of strategies for training a successful person in the American higher education system are given, and special attention is paid to the importance of the teacher's work. It is stated that professionalism, the desire of the teacher for professional self-realization, the development of professionally significant qualities, the need for self-education and self-improvement are necessary conditions for training a successful person.
