Розробка технологій та впровадження реабілітаційних послуг військовослужбовцям, ветеранам з функціональними порушеннями

Відзначається необхідність забезпечення соціально-психологічної підтримки та педагогічно-корекційної реабілітаційної допомоги людям після пережитих травмуючих подій, контузій. В статті описані підходи до застосування психолого-педагогічних технологій на відновлення функціональних порушень у військових, ветеранів, повноцінної їх життєдіяльності, соціальної ідентифікації; впровадження реабілітаційних послуг (психолого-педагогічних, соціальних, фізкультурно-спортивних, фізичних) як умов для максимальної психологічної, корекційно-компенсаторної та соціально-трудової реабілітації й повноцінної інтеграції в соціум. Теоретично проаналізовано та практично обґрунтована реалізація надання реабілітаційних послуг міжгалузевою командою фахівців.

The need to provide socio-psychological support and pedagogical-corrective rehabilitation assistance to people after traumatic events and concussions is noted. The article describes methodological approaches to the application of psychological and pedagogical technologies for the restoration of functional disorders in military personnel, veterans, their full-fledged life activities, social identification; implementation of rehabilitation services (psychological-pedagogical, social, physical culture-sports, physical) as conditions for maximum psychological, correctional-compensatory and social-labor rehabilitation and full integration into society. A theoretically analyzed and practically substantiated new integral-synchronous approach, which includes a multi-vector rehabilitation package of services for servicemen and veterans with functional disorders: psychological, psychotherapeutic assistance, a system of consultative and recreational areas of work.
The development of new corrective components of the hierarchical complex for the implementation of a package of rehabilitation services (psychological-pedagogical, social, physical culture-sports, physical) provides for the restoration of the impaired functional state of a person, taking into account his future life activities, the formation of skills and abilities of a military or veteran with functional disorders to realize himself personally in civil society.
The results of our research have both a social and a complex-corrective effect - understanding not only the essence of physiological disorders, but also the restoration of human dignity, the value of life, and vitality. For special education, the methodological and methodological-practical component of the rehabilitation process with a compensatory-corrective component will be improved, which will contribute to the approximation of Ukrainian educational standards to European ones. Our research is about the acceptance and understanding of trauma and pain of a traumatized person, a person who has acquired functional impairments. Research on adequate support of professionals is an active team of specialists who are on the same plane as the patient.
