Методика формування етнокультурної компетентності майбутніх учителів музики в педагогічних університетах України і Китаю

Abstract

У дисертації здійснено теоретичне та організаційно-методичне дослідження проблеми формування етнокультурної компетентності майбутніх учителів музики, запропоновано інтегративно-культурологічний підхід до її вирішення. Розкриті особливості процесу формування етнокультурної компетентності студентів з урахуванням сучасних тенденцій модернізації фахової підготовки майбутніх учителів музики в педагогічних університетах України і Китаю. Структурою досліджуваного феномена визначено взаємозв’язок мотиваційно-ціннісного, діяльнісного, комунікативного, емоційно- рефлексивного компонентів. Результатами експериментального дослідження підтверджено обґрунтованість автором педагогічних умов та методики формування етнокультурної компетентності майбутніх учителів музики, яка включала організаційно-адаптаційний, аксіологічно-розвивальний та креативно- узагальнюючий етапи. Позитивні зміни у рівнях сформованості етнокультурної компетентності студентів за всіма критеріями і показниками в результаті впровадження авторської методики доводять ефективність її застосування в системі фахової підготовки майбутніх учителів музики.The dissertation presents the theoretical and methodological research of the problems of the forming the ethno-cultural competence and offers the integrativecultural approach to its solution. The features of the process of the forming the ethnocultural competence of the students on the basis of the current trends of modernization at the professional training of the future teachers in the process of education in the Ukraine and China universities are defined. The structure of the studied phenomenon defined the relationship of the motivational, contextual, communicative, active, intercultural and emotional components. The results of the experimental study confirmed the validity of the author’s pedagogical conditions and methods the process of forming the ethno-cultural competenсe of the future music teachers, which included the organizational adaptation, the axiological-developing and the creative and synthesis stages. The positive changes in the levels of the forming the ethno-cultural competence of the students across all criteria and indicators as a result of the author’s methods prove the effectiveness of its use in the system of the professional study of the future music teachers.
