Питання структурування фінансового права як навчальної дисципліни

У статті обговорюється питання структури галузі фінансового права як навчальної
дисципліни в частині єдності цієї структури з науковим підходом до цього питання. Теоретичне
обґрунтування поділу галузі на інститути є важливим елементом розгляду структури галузі
фінансового права.

This article deals with the issue of financial law of the academic discipline, particularly with a
focus on the unity of this structure with scientific approach to this question. Theoretic foundation to the
division of this branch into institutions is a important element an the consideration of financial law
structure.
