Цифровізація освіти як спосіб професійного становлення майбутніх науково‐педагогічних працівників закладів вищої освіти

У науковій розвідці визначено роль та статус цифрової грамотності при формуванні професійних компетенцій майбутніх педагогічних фахівців. Висвітлено потребу в стандартизації принципів цифровізації задля формування універсальної парадигми фахових digital-skills науково-педагогічного профілю. Сучасний науково-педагогічний дискурс акцентує увагу не лише на організаційно-технологічних аспектах цифрової підготовки майбутніх науково-педагогічних працівників закладів вищої
освіти, а й на значенні цифровізації при набутті фундаментальних та гнучких навичок.
Оновлення навчально-методичних принципів завдяки інноваційним цифровим середовищам визначає методи підготовки та професійного становлення педагогічних фахівців. Перспективним напрямом досліджень цифровізації у системі вищої педагогічної освіти постає спроба виокремлення цифрових навичок в окремий кластер фахових педагогічних компетенцій, який визначатиме рівень цифрової грамотності та здатність проводити педагогічну діяльність у закладах вищої освіти в інноваційному
цифровому форматі.

The role and status of digital literacy in the formation of professional competencies of future pedagogical specialists is defined in the research. The need for standardization of digitization principles to form a universal paradigm of professional digitalskills of scientific and pedagogical profile is highlighted. It is emphasized that the training of scientific pedagogical workers in the modern system of higher education is marked by the
principle of dynamism and the need for constant updating of the methodological and organizational arsenal of competencies. It is noted that part of the process of acquisition of digital skills by pedagogical professionals is provided by everyday mastery of technological and digital tools. By acquiring the basics of digital literacy in the sociocultural dimension, it is much easier to adapt digital-skills to work in the pedagogical sphere of higher education. However, pedagogical work in higher education has its own specifics of using the digital segment and requires appropriate training.
Modern scientific and pedagogical discourse focuses not only on organizational and technological aspects of digital training of future higher education employees, but also on the importance of digitalization in the acquisition of fundamental and flexible skills. Updating teaching and learning principles due to innovative digital environments determines the methods of training and professional formation of pedagogical specialists. A promising direction of research on digitalization in the system of higher teacher education is an attempt
to allocate digital skills into a separate cluster of professional pedagogical competencies, which will determine the level of digital literacy and the ability to carry out teaching activities in higher educational institutions in an innovative digital format. It is concluded that digital competencies are provided by appropriate technological tools and skills of their competent application in pedagogical activities. Digital literacy acts as one of the key program elements of educational strategies. Training of scientific and pedagogical staff should be carried out in
accordance with the socio-cultural requirements of the time. Future higher education teacher educators should be ready for a synergetic combination of traditional and innovative formats of the educational process in their professional activities. Acquiring digital skills involves improving the process of forming the fundamental professional competencies of a teacher.
