Освітні тенденції культурної політики в умовах глобалізації

Досліджено освітній потенціал культурної політики, спрямованої на реформування вітчизняної системи освіти та забезпечення її входження у світовий освітній простір як рівноправної дієвої сили, що передбачає у своїй сутності світові культурно-освітні тенденції, але не заперечує та не применшує національні чинники та цінності, які визначають своєрідність характеру саме української освіти. Запропоновано визначення поняття "культурна політика". Досліджено процес становлення парадигм освіти у різних типах культури (доглобалізаційний період). Визначено соціально-історичні параметри глобалізації. Висвітлено перспективи та тенденції розвитку освіти у ситуації глобалізації. Розкрито значення освітніх тенденцій культурної політики у розвитку глобальної цивілізації. Досліджено українські реалії культурної політики у контексті розвитку сучасної вітчизняної політики.

The dissertation is devoted to research of educational potential of cultural politics, its’ ability of reformation of Ukrainian system of education and its’ integration in European and world educational space as equal effective force. This foresees the use of world cultural and educational tendencies in its’ essence, but does not deny and does not diminish national factors and values, which determine originality of character of exactly Ukrainian education. In fact, in the modern world exactly the cultural politics, which utilizes both multicultural world tendencies and authentic ethnic traditions and values, applies on status of effective force, capable to provide full-dimensional development of society by non-forcing methods, and to overcome difficulties which became inseparable for the social institutes of traditional society, such as loss of personality integration feeling, isolation from indigenous sources, non-correspondence between traditional methods of specialists education and real necessities of society, production, and others like that.
In the dissertation research an author analyses such phenomena of modern world, as globalization, Bologna process, ecological orientation of education and others like that.
