Сучасні методи виробничого навчання для формування ключових кваліфікацій робітників (досвід Федеративної Республіки Німеччини)

Abstract

У статті проаналізовано позиції теорії і практики підготовки молоді Федеративної Республіки Німеччини (ФРН) до зайнятості. Особливу увагу приділено досвіду навчання “ключовим кваліфікаціям” в межах основної форми професійного навчання – дуальної системи професійного навчання.В статье проанализированы позиции теории и практики подготовки молодёжи Федеральной Республики Германии (ФРГ) к занятости. Особенное внимание уделено опыту обучения “ключевым квалификациям” в пределах основной формы профессиональной учебы – дуальной системы профессионального обучения.The article analyzes the positions of theory and practice of preparation of youth of the Federal Republic of Germany (Germany) for employment. Particular attention is paid to the experience of learning “key qualifications” within the main form of vocational training – dual vocational training system. One of the trends that characterize the German vocational training system is the emergence of new corporate training programs (special term courses at enterprises and educational centers, a modular system – a fast way to obtain qualifications, introductory courses – to get a general understanding of the chosen professions, etc.). Dual education system optimization initiatives are being developed by the German government, embracing new programs aimed at facilitating the transition from one qualification to another, from one level to another.
