Творчо-спонукальна функція процесу підготовки майбутніх магістрів музичного мистецтва

У статті розглядається процес підготовки майбутніх магістрів музичного мистецтва. Актуальність дослідження проблеми цієї підготовки обумовлена ще не вирішеними питаннями спадкоємності та наступності у підготовці педагогів різних освітньо-кваліфікаційних рівнів; не визначеними функціями, принципами, підходами, змістом, формами та методами підготовки студентів магістратури; протиріччями між провідними інноваційними пошуками у визначенні змісту і технологіями навчання у вищій школі й недостатнім їх усвідомленням та науковим і методичним забезпеченням. В роботі окреслені основні функції підготовки фахівців магістерського рівня, де творчо-спонукальній функції відводиться першочергове значення.

The article discusses the future of music master’s training process. The relevance of this research problem is specified due to still unresolved issues of succession and continuity in different educational levels of teacher’s trainings; still unclear functions, principles, approaches, contents, forms and methods of training graduate students; contradictions between leading innovative research, the content and technologies of learning in higher education and lack of their awareness and scientific as well as methodological support. Training of future musical masters is considered as multi-cycle teacher education in the article, which has its own function, purpose, content, forms and methods. The multiplicity of pedagogical master’s education, freedom of choosing the content as well as the learning form is an important condition for the humanization of education in Ukraine. The paper gives the main functions of this preparation, where creative-incentive functions are given top priority. It is emphasized that the teacher’s learning focus is transferred to creation of individual learning routes during the master’s teaching and to the realization of each student’s personal potential as well as the development of new elective courses on relevant pedagogical issues. Student’s professional knowledge needs to acquire industrial, practical and musical performing implementation. Attention is drawn to specifics of the master’s training, which requires taking all the functions of educational process into account, which would promote the specialist master's level formation, where in turn the creative-incentive function is a main algorithm that allows all the preparation components to appeal to its formation.
