Підготовка менеджерів соціокультурної діяльності до соціалізації осіб з особливими потребами в індустрії дозвілля

У статті розкрито важливість професійної підготовки менеджерів соціокультурної діяльності до соціалізації та адаптації осіб з особливими потребами. Показано необхідність розвитку соціального середовища осіб з особливими освітніми потребами поза навчальним закладом в індустрії дозвілля. Визначено показники ефективності управління та організації дозвілля з ООП, які є показниками рівня авторитету менеджера. Сформульовано професійні завдання, що характеризують діяльність менеджерів СКД в організації інклюзії. У контексті досліджуваної проблематики в подальшому передбачаємо дослідження професійної підготовки майбутніх менеджерів СКД до роботи в умовах інклюзивної освіти, що розглядається як персоніфікований і неперервний процес і включає змістовний і організаційний компоненти, які спрямовані на розвиток інклюзивної компетентності менеджерів та їх здатності вирішувати професійні завдання у сфері інклюзії.

The article disclose the importance of professional training of socio-cultural activities
managers for the socialization and adaptation of people with special needs. The necessity of the social environment of people with special educational needs outside the educational institution in the leisure industry is shown. The indicators of the efficiency of management
and organization of leisure with the PSN, which are indicators of the level of authority of the manager, are determined. There are set professional tasks that characterize the activities of SCA managers in the organization of inclusion. In the context of the studied issues, in the future, the specificity and need for further study of the professional training of future SCA managers for work in the context of inclusive education, which is considered as a personified and continuous process and includes the content and organizational components aimed at developing the inclusive competence of managers and their ability to solve professional tasks in Inclusion area.
