Оцінка міжнародної спільноти Голодомору 1932-1933 рр. в Україні та вплив "зовнішнього чинника"

У статті розглядається проблема визнання Голодомору 1932-1933 рр. в Україні геноцидом українського народу міжнародною спільнотою, прослідковується вплив «зовнішнього чинника» на процес обговорення і ухвалення позицій окремих країн, країн-членів ЄС, міжнародних та європейських інституцій, окремих політиків.
