Abstract

Серед ключових цінностей одне із перших місць у свідомості людства, безумовно, належить демократії. Вона є однією із суперечливіших рис сучасної цивілізації, дає людству широкі можливості для розвитку, але також породжує низку проблем. Об’єктивно і закономірно, що ефективність втілення на практиці освітніх пріоритетів залежить від всебічності аналізу демократії, її еволюціонування і перспектив. На виконання такого завдання, власне, й спрямоване написання цієї статті.Среди ключевых ценностей одно из первых мест в сознании человечества, безусловно, принадлежат демократии. Она является одной из противоречивых черт современной цивилизации, дает человечеству широкие возможности для развития, но также порождает ряд проблем. Объективно и закономерно, что эффективность воплощения на практике образовательных приоритетов зависит от всесторонности анализа демократии, ее эволюционирования и перспектив. На выполнение такого задания, собственно, и направлено написание этой статьи.Among key values one of the first places in consciousness of humanity, sure, democracies belong. It is one of contradictory lines of modern civilization, gives humanity wide possibilities for development, but also generates the row of problems. It is clear that objectively and logically the effectiveness of implementation in practice of philosophical educational priorities depends on the comprehensiveness of the analysis of democracy, its evolution and prospects. In regard to this objective, the writing of this article is intended. The substantial aspect of civil society is a democratic constituent, democracy as phenomenon, as the public phenomenon. Objectively and appropriately, that efficiency of embodiment in practice of world view priorities of civil society depends on the comprehensiveness of analysis of democracy, its evolution and prospects. It is made a conclusion that market and democratic transformations break the framework of freedom of pedagogical thinking and activities that, in its turn, intensifies the workload of the teacher, strengthens hir/her responsibility and requires improvement of the pedagogical proficiency.
