Перспективні напрями удосконалення підготовки викладачів професійно-художніх дисциплін

Педагогічна наука ще не виробила досконалих механізмів, що дали змогу конструктивно визначати рівень підготовленості викладачів професійно-художніх дисциплін, фіксувати якість формування їхньої компетентності, приймати коректні рішення щодо напрямів модернізації професійно-педагогічної освіти в світлі сучасної парадигми освіти. Утверджені нині підходи не завжди придатні “педагогічним працівникам” для ефективного поєднання інновації з розв’язанням поточних завдань підготовки викладачів професійно-художніх дисциплін. Можна констатувати про відсутність науково обґрунтованої стратегії удосконалення педагогічної системи підготовки викладачів професійно-художніх дисциплін у ЗВО України. Тому в нашій статті ми пропонуємо загальні напрями вдосконалення підготовки майбутніх викладачів професійно-художніх дисциплін у ЗВО в Україні

The main tasks of professional training of future teachers of professional and artistic disciplines in the
institutions of higher education: mastering the systematized knowledge, skills and abilities necessary for artistic
and pedagogical activities in accordance with the abilities, inclinations, professional interests; comprehensive
intellectual, emotional and artistic development, activation of creative potential of students through the assimilation of various types of artistic and pedagogical activities; providing a thorough basic (artistic and pedagogical) education, which is the basis of professional training and mobility; mastering the system of views, according to which the set of knowledge, skills, abilities, experience, personal qualities and value orientations are aimed at forming personal culture, professional and pedagogical competence and consciousness of the future teacher and qualified specialist; developing and stimulating the desire for professional development throughout life.
However, the theoretical developments and conceptual approaches to the process of teaching art teachers
have significant differences. Pedagogical science has not yet developed perfect mechanisms to constructively
determine the level of training of teachers of professional and artistic disciplines, to record the quality of their
competence, to make correct decisions about the modernization of vocational education in the light of modern
paradigm of education. The current approaches do not always allow teachers effectively combine innovation with the solution of current problems of training teachers of professional and artistic disciplines. It can be stated that there is no scientifically grounded strategy to improve the pedagogical system of training teachers of professional and artistic disciplines in Ukrainian universities. Therefore, in our article we offer general directions for improving the training of future teachers of professional and artistic disciplines in institutions of higher education in Ukrain.
