Креативність як чинник розвитку професійно-комунікативних здібностей майбутніх психологів

Abstract

Дисертаційне дослідження присвячено теоретико-експериментальному вивченню креативності як чинника професійно-комунікативних здібностей майбутніх психологів. Уточнено поняття „комунікативні здібності”, „професійно-комунікативні здібності”, здійснено інтегроване вивчення професійно-комунікативних здібностей психологів у контексті їх взаємозв’язку з креативністю та її змістовими складовими. Досліджено психологічну сутність, та зміст креативності як чинника розвитку професійно-комунікативних здібностей. Виявлено психологічні особливості професійно-комунікативних здібностей студентів-психологів, складники та показники рівнів розвитку професійно-комунікативних здібностей у студентів. Встановлено змістовні структурні складові професійно-комунікативних здібностей майбутніх психологів: контактність, легкість вступу в комунікативні контакти, здібності тримати комунікативні контакти, тощо. Розроблено та апробовано інтегровану розвивальну програму активізації креативності за умов застосування креативних психотехнологій.Dissertational research is devoted to theoretically-experimental studying of creativity as a factor of the professional-communicative abilities of the future psychologists. Notions “communicative abilities”,”professional-comunicative abilities” are specified, relized integrated studying of the professional-communicative abilities of psychologists in a context of their interrelation with creativity and its substantial components. The psychological essence and content of creativity as a factor of the development of professional-communicative abilities are investigated. Psychological features of the professional-communicative abilities of the students-psychologists, their components and indexes of levels of the development of students professional-communicative abilities are considered and investigated. Substantial structural components of the professional-communicative abilities of the future psychologists are revealed: communicative contacts, abilities to get info-communicative contacts, abilities to keep communicative contacts etc. It is developed and approved integrated development program of activization creativity by means of creative psychotechnologies.
