Формування соціально-психологічного клімату в педагогічному колективі дошкільного закладу

Abstract

Дисертацію присвячено питанням формування соціально-психологічного клімату в педагогічному колективі дошкільного закладу, педагогічним аспектам цього процесу. На основі теоретичного аналізу й емпіричного вивчення стану соціально-психологічного у дошкільних закладах виявлено низку соціально-психологічних, організаційно-управлінських і педагогічних чинників його становлення. Теоретично обґрунтована та експериментально апробована технологія формування сприятливого соціально-психологічного клімату передбачала як цілеспрямовану підготовку майбутніх дошкільних працівників на етапі професійного їх навчання, так і роботу безпосередньо в дошкільному закладі. Особлива увага при цьому надавалася підвищенню психологічної культури керівників і підлеглих, мотивації педагогічної діяльності співробітників, вдосконаленню організаційно-методичної роботи, оптимізації взаємин у педагогічному колективі. Запровадження розробленої системи роботи в дошкільних закладах підтвердило її ефективність.The dissertation is devoted to the problems faced in forming a social-psychological climate in the pedagogical collective of a pre-school institution and to the pedagogical aspects of this process. 22 On the basis of theoretical analysis and elaborated study of the state of the social-psychological climate in the pre-school institutions, a number of social-psychological, organized-administrative and pedagogical factors of its foundation have been revealed. Theoretically based and experimentally tested, the technology of forming a favorable social-psychological climate, which foresaw the purposive preparation of the future pre-school workers at the stage of their professional study and work directly in a preschool institution. Therefore extra attention has been paid to raise psychological culture of leaders and personnel, to motivate pedagogical activity of the workers, to improve the administrative-methodical work, to have optimum mutual relations in the pedagogical collective. The efficiency of the elaborated system of work has been confirmed by its application in the pre-school institutions.
