Педагогічна взаємодія як важливий чинник удосконалення етнохудожньої підготовки майбутніх учителів музики

У статті розглядається проблема педагогічної взаємодії як соціально-психологічного
феномену, підкреслюється роль толерантності, емпатії у фаховій діяльності майбутніх
учителів музики. Зокрема описано, що, при використанні вчителем музики різних форм роботи
мають враховуватися такі важливі чинники як: запрошення до співпраці; дотримання позиції
рівноправності; виявлення любові, захоплення мистецтвом; пошук нових форм співпраці тощо.
Отже, безперервний прямий і зворотній вплив суб’єктів навчання один на одного складає
сутність педагогічної взаємодії.

В статье рассматривается проблема педагогического взаимодействия как социально-психологического феномена, подчеркивается роль толерантности, эмпатии в
профессиональной деятельности будущих учителей начальной музыки.

In the article the problem of empathy is examined as the social-psychological phenomenon, the
historical aspects of establishment of this concept are selected. It is here underlined going near
understanding of this concept and role of empathy for the future teachers of music. The article deals
with the philosophical and methodological basis of the phenomenon of pedagogical interaction of
learning process in the system of contemporary professional education. In time of the global crisis in
various areas of public life changing scientific understanding of man and the universe itself, updating
learning content, innovative changes in the forms of educational interaction and nature of the
relationship of the learning process.
An empathy of music school teachers from a systematic approach according to the study of a
personality, caused by biological (the process of ontogenesis, inclinations, instincts), psychological
(the principle of development, psychoanalytic, humanistic approaches) and social (interpersonal
relationships, identification, imitation, empathy) determinants. Empathy is an integral dynamic
creation of a personality and is characterized by the formation of a kind of emotional and motivational
way of an external and internal response mechanisms based on the social communicative and
emotional intelligence. Structure of an empathy as a factor of motivation is characterized by empathy
ability, identification, empathy attitudes between relations with younger students.
Rethinking of historical heritage of pedagogical knowledge about teaching interaction and new
philosophical approaches make it possible to better understanding of the roots of this phenomenon.
Based on new scientific paradigm, in the second half of the ХХcentury. emerged interdisciplinary
research area – synergetic theory that today provides a new methodological basis of scientific
knowledge in the field of education and is most effectively meet the needs of the disclosure and abilities
of the individual and how to fullself.
