Особливості психолого-педагогічної характеристики учнів з психофізичними порушеннями

В дослідженні доведена необхідність ретельного збору й відбору даних про учнів, важливість індивідуалізації та зміни структури характеристики в залежності від зміщення акцентів у різних категорій дітей або з різними особливостями психофізичного розвитку, необхідність подальшого аналізу особових справ дітей і впровадження висновків і рекомендацій цього аналізу в навчальний процес безпосередньо в освітніх установах. В умовах сьогодення індивідуальна програма розвитку учнів, що навчаються в інклюзивних класах, містить в своєму складі розділи, більшість з яких є розгорнутою деталізованою психолого-педагогічною характеристикою, зокрема створеною декількома фахівцями (педагоги, що працюють з інклюзивним класом, психолог, вчитель-логопед, вчитель-дефектолог, вчитель-реабілітолог та інші залучені фахівці) з урахуванням щоденних спостережень за дитиною та рекомендацій асистента вчителя. Регулярне періодичне створення, фахове написання та якісний аналіз динаміки змін в психолого-педагогічній характеристиці учня дають можливість педагогам звернути увагу на зони ризику в розвитку дитини й вчасно надати фахову допомогу.

The overall thesis of the article is the importance of transforming the psychological and pedagogical characteristics from a meaningless template document, existing only as a completed item in the personal file of students, to a living working tool in the hands of real teachers, specialists in their field. The study proved the need for careful collection and selection of data about students, the importance of individualization and changing the structure of characteristics depending on the shift in emphasis in different categories of children or with different features of psychophysical development, the need for further analysis of children's personal affairs and the introduction of conclusions and recommendations of this analysis into the educational process directly in educational institutions. In today's conditions, an individual development program contains sections, most of which are detailed psychological and pedagogical characteristics, in particular, created by several specialists (teachers working with an inclusive class, a psychologist, a speech therapist, a defectologist teacher, a rehab teacher, others), taking into account observations of the child and recommendations of the teacher's assistant. Regular periodic creation, professional writing and qualitative analysis of the dynamics of changes in the psychological and pedagogical characteristics of the student's characteristics give teachers the opportunity to pay attention to the risk areas of the child's development.
