Анотація
В статті автор розглянув актуальну тему, яка стосується проблеми виникнення,
походження помилок в інтерпретаційних актах. Проаналізовані праці відомих учених, розглянуті
їх точки зору на дану проблему та зроблено свій висновок відносно причин появи та засобів
усунення правоінтерпретаційних помилок.
In the article the author considers an actual theme which is concerned the problem of occurrence, origin of the mistakes in interpretation acts. Works of the well-known scientists are analyzed in the article, an author considered their points of view on this problem and made an own conclusion in relation to the reasons of emergence and the methods of remedial of the mistakes in interpretation acts.
