Синергетичний підхід у фаховій підготовці майбутніх учителів музичного мистецтва

Abstract

Синергетичний підхід уможливлює майбутнім вчителям музичного мистецтва адаптуватися до тих змін, які відбуваються в суспільстві і музично-освітній галузі, сприяє розвитку навичок самоорганізації та саморегуляції. До того ж синергетика сприяє об’єднанню різних дисциплін і допомагає студентам бачити зв’язки між різними галузями знань, жанрами музичного мистецтва, що позитивно впливає на інтелектуально-творчий розвиток і якість інтерпретації музичного твору. Усі ці переваги роблять синергетичний підхід важливим і ефективним інструментом для покращення якості освіти та готовності майбутні учителів музичного мистецтва до викликів сучасного світу. Тож у контексті предметного поля нашого дослідження нами охарактеризовано характерні особливості означеного феномену в контексті фахової підготовки майбутніх учителів музичного мистецтва, з-поміж яких: творчий розвиток, самоорганізація, неврівноваженість, хаотичність та флуктуація.The study proves that the mentioned categories of synergetics find a specific embodiment in the musical-pedagogical theory, which led to the formation and development of the synergistic paradigm of education. So, in view of the above, it is worth noting that the synergistic approach is inherent in the professional training of prospective teachers of musical art, which is aimed at conceptualizing and building an effective musical-pedagogical system, which, in accordance with the generally recognized principles of its actualization, is holistic and open to further creative improvement. There is no doubt that the synergistic approach enables teachers of musical art to adapt to the changes that are taking place in society and the musical-educational field, and contributes to the development of self-organization and self-regulation skills. In addition, synergetics contributes to the unification of different disciplines and helps students see the connections between different fields of knowledge, genres of musical art, which has a positive effect on intellectual and creative development and the quality of interpretation of a musical work. All these advantages make the synergistic approach an important and effective tool for improving the quality of education and the readiness of teachers of musical art to the challenges of the modern world. Therefore, in the context of the subject field of our study, we have characterized the direction and characteristic features of the specified phenomenon in the context of applicants for higher music art education, including: creative development, self-organization, imbalance, chaos and fluctuation.
