Інтеграція фундаментальної та фахової підготовки майбутніх лікарів у процесі вивчення фізико-математичних дисциплін

Abstract

Запропоновано відкриту та гнучку дидактичну систему вивчення фізико-математичних дисциплін у медичному ВНЗ, засновану на фундаментальній і професійній підготовці майбутніх лікарів і фармацевтів. На підставі історико-генезисного аналізу здійснено періодизацію етапів становлення фізичної освіти у даних ВНЗ. Проаналізовано концепції вивчення фізико-математичних дисциплін у зарубіжних країнах. Розроблено модель навчальної діяльності з трирівневою ієрархічною структурою. Обгрунтовано принципи модульного конструювання інтегрованої навчальної дисципліни "Медична та біологічна фізика". Розроблено принципи організації самостійної навчальної діяльності студентів з використанням проектної технології. Удосконалено систему діагностування навчальних досягнень студента. За результатами дослідно-експериментальної апробації доведено ефективність наведеної дидактичної системи.Dissertation research is devoted to scientifically theoretical and practical preparation of future specialists of medicine. The open and flexible didactic system of study of disciplines in physics and mathematics is offered in medical universities with taking into account integration of fundamental and professional preparation of future doctors and pharmaceutics. On the basis of historical analysis a division into periods of the system of physical education is carried out in medical universities. Conceptions of study discipline in physics and mathematics are analyzed conducted in foreign countries (USA, Russia, Austria, Czech, Slovakia). The author’s model of educational activity is developed with a three-level hierarchical structure: basic physical kernel, methodology of physical researches of biological objects, professionally meaningful competences. A fundamental background for the module constructing principles is proposed for the integrated educational discipline "Medical and Biological Physics" on the basis of its logical-didactical structure, as well as invariant and variant components. It is experimentally proved that integration of fundamental and professional preparation of future doctors and pharmacists in the process of study of disciplines in physics and mathematics is an effective method for perfection of the natural-scientific part of the medical education system as well it as gives a great impact to study professional educational disciplines at the high-quality best level, purposefully prepares students to future professional activity, providing effectiveness of knowledge on long duration prospect.
